About us
Threads of Charity Foundation was born from compassion, but it was shaped by real-life experience. Founder Lady Nicole-Tayan has seen firsthand the quiet struggles of women and youth facing housing instability in Clark County, Nevada — the long waitlists, the limited funding, the programs that can only stretch so far. She witnessed how many are left trying to move forward without the practical resources they need, and how something as simple as appropriate clothing can become a painful barrier to employment, education, and renewed confidence.
With a background in fashion and business, and a heart for serving others, Lady Nicole-Tayan understood that clothing is more than fabric — it is dignity. It is the confidence to walk into an interview. It is the courage to show up for school. It is the belief that you are worthy of opportunity. From that conviction, Threads of Charity Foundation was created.
Our mission is to empower women and youth by providing dignity-restoring clothing, interactive confidence-building workshops, and wrap-around support services that go beyond temporary relief. In partnership with community organizations across Clark County, we help connect individuals to housing resources, workforce readiness tools, and meaningful pathways toward long-term stability and self-sufficiency.
